Productivity, flexibility, and ease of use combined with time savings. Edge processing with a total length of just 4.70 m and a feed speed of up to 12 m/min. Fast setup times and repeat accuracy with automated machine operation. Insert the edge, adjust the joining thickness, select the program, and you're ready to go. Equipped with a pre-milling unit with two diamond-tipped jointing cutters, a Teflon-coated glue pot, a pre-cutting unit, a two-motor HF cut off saw station (optionally pneumatically pivoting), an HF combination trimming unit, an HF corner rounding unit, and three free spaces for finishing units. The units are operated by an integrated path control system, and the processing functions are controlled via a rotating 10.0" color touchscreen. With options such as a glue and radius scraper or a polishing unit, as well as four possible spraying units, you can achieve a perfect and optimal finish. PUR processing is also easily possible with the optionally available glue pot with run-out function.

Glue application directly to workpieces: Teflon-coated glue pot with a capacity of 1,5 kg, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue automatically flows back into the glue pot). Glue roller allows exact dosage of glue. Electronic temperature control with automatic stand-by function (reduces probability that the glue burns if the machine is not used for a longer period and is still turned on)
Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with run-out/cleaning function for quick color changes.
